I joined the Consumer Insights team, where I hit the ground running. I developed vital research projects for La Mer that refreshed our thinking around our projects and activations.
Some of my favorite projects include:
– Led consumer research and created in-depth playbooks for key moments in the brand in markets from East to West.
– Led consumer insights and research for La Mer products.
– Refreshed our brand-wide knowledge of our consumers, their behaviors, how they shop, and their needs across all of our product categories.
– Interviewed influencers, beauty experts, and VIP consumers with our concepts and products to help La Mer make the best innovations possible and learn how our consumers think!
– Led our Insight Newsroom monthly called Skincare Scoop, where I give our team the inside scoop on new innovative insights, products, and thinking for our brand to stay forward-focused.
