When you have an opportunity to go to Miami, you don\u2019t say no. Miami was filled with colorful visions and beautiful people. In December, Miami turns into an art hotspot. Wynwood Art District is changed each year during Art Basel to something new. Here’s a guide of where you need to visit at Art Basel Miami.<\/p>\n

What is Art Basel?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Art Basel is art shows that take place in three key places: Basel in Switzerland, Hong Kong (a special administrative region in China), and Miami, Florida. These art shows happen at galleries across each city to showcase artwork, house workshops, and networking. Art Basel has now expanded to different cities like Athens, Geneva, Chicago, and more for their participating galleries to have small activations.<\/p>\n

During our travels, I love to travel in style with my Away Suitcase.<\/a>\u00a0In the airport, a pick me up is a must with either coffee, tea, or an adult drink. After the flight, we recommend refreshing at your hotel and going to see the sites.<\/p>\n

The first place to visit would be the Wynwood Art District to explore and see the shops. It gives you an opportunity to see amazing street art. If you love beauty, you can visit the Le Labo Fragrance Store and Aesop Store. For Le Labo, our favorites that you can try the Santal 33<\/a> and the Rose 31<\/a>.<\/p>\n

For food, Miami was a joy to explore. It was sometimes hard to find a place that wasn\u2019t packed. BND Burger<\/a> is one that comes to mind. It was busy, but the food was excellent. The atmosphere was great with hip hop inspired decor and music.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Art Basel Miami is the main event during this season. One place you need to visit is Gianni’s at the Former Versace Mansion. You can even stay there for a nice and get access to the closed-off places to the public like Gianni\u2019s bedroom. The decor alone was unforgettable with the Renaissance-inspired paints. I recommend trying the red wine, the Versace, Nero d\u2019Avola IGT from Sicily, Italy<\/a>. It is to die for.<\/p>\n
