Real Nudes Collection (Nudes 3.0) Collection

I led the development of the Go-To-Market Strategy & Toolkit for the Bobbi Brown Real Nude Collection for 2021. This three-star program was launched globally with four new curated shades in their best-selling Highlighting Powder, three new shimmer shades in Crushed Lip Gloss, and two new shades in Long-Wear Cream Shadow sticks. I collaborated with global teams in Online, VM Store Design, Creative, Social,  Product Marketing, and Regional Teams to get this program into our consumer’s hands.


Skin Full Cover Concealer Collection

I assisted in developing the Global Go-To-Market Strategy & Toolkit for the Skin Full Cover Concealer Collection in partnership with the Executive Director. This program was a five-star launch that updated our concealer line-up and discontinued old sku’s of our concealers. It was designed to last without creasing for up to 16 hours, has a unique wand application, and has hyaluronic acid. I collaborated with global teams in Online, VM Store Design, Creative, Social,  Product Marketing, and Regional Teams to get this program out into our consumer’s hands.


Sheer Finish Pressed Powder Repromotion

I led the development of the Global Go-To-Market Strategy &  Toolkit to revive our best-selling sheer finished pressed powder with an updated campaign, campaign assets, and other needs for the markets. This revamp included a new smooth blending brush and a focus on two hero products in addition: Skin Long-Wear Weightless Foundation and Vitamin Enriched Face Base.  I collaborated with global teams in Online, VM Store Design, Creative, Social,  Product Marketing, and Regional Teams to get this program into our consumer’s hands.


FY23 Launch Unit Program

I created and managed the FY23 Launch Unit Program for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. In partnership with VM/Store Design, we collaborated to ensure a luxurious and visually stunning in-store experience that matched the brand’s reputation for high-quality products and sophisticated branding for 14 different product launches globally.
