I served as a member of the NYJL Winter Ball Board. In my first year, I joined the External & Internal Communications sub-committee. I used my skills in storytelling, content creation and press relations to help the Subchair, Vice Chairs and other committees elevate awareness of the Winter Ball.
Here are some of my wins:
- Created over 10+ organic social content assets to be posted across 3 brand NYJL accounts and over 50 community member accounts.
- Created over 3+ internal to external documents including press releases, thank you letters, personal draft copies for Brand President and Co-Chairs, and press run of show
- Raised over 2,500 personal dollars with rolodex of community members and past brand partners like Estée Lauder, Bumble and bumble and Coucou French Classes
Our brand wins:
- The largest fundraiser for the New York Junior League, the oldest women’s volunteer organization in New York.
- Record breaking win of raising 600,000 and counting across Silent Auction, Live Auction, Cash Donations, Sponsorships and more.
- All organized, planned, and hosted by volunteers.
